Truly horrible experience with housekeeping and management. Will never stay there again and honestly puts me off of ever staying at a Marriott again. My partner and I were there for a wedding this weekend, and while we were at the wedding, housekeeping thought it would be a great idea to throw away all three of the tags for my suit that were neatly laid out on the tv stand, nowhere near the trashcan. The problem is that I can no longer return my nearly $400 3 piece suit, since the tags are REQUIRED for return. They didn’t even throw away the actual trash in the room. Just took those for some reason. When we called the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything about it since the trash had already been compacted. They said we would need to address it with management in the morning. We tried to speak to management and we were only allowed to talk to the housekeeping manager who basically laughed in our faces and said that her employee had “no recollection” of going against policy and throwing away my belongings. She then threatened to have us forcibly removed from the hotel because I have a loud voice, (I wasn’t even close to yelling) and she chose to have this conversation in th

We stay at this Marriott several times a year when we are home to visit family. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. We eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant every day. The buffet is very nice and includes a chef who makes eggs to order. My omelets are always delicious and my husband’s eggs “over easy” are always cooked perfectly. In addition, I would like to thank the remaining restaurant servers, including Rose, Eliseo and Yanet. They are attentive, making sure diners have everything they need, including juices, iced or hot tea, coffee and in my case, a Pepsi, my desired source of caffeine. Often, at other hotel buffets, the servers are not very attentive and sometimes surly. Not at the Naperville Marriott, where the servers always ask if there is anything additional that they can get us and make the start of our busy day pleasant.

Such a lovely hotel!! Recently updated, my king room is huge, gorgeous abd immaculately clean. The Club perk is nice for a happy hour snack. The main attraction is the lively bar in the lobby!! Top notch drinks and wine!! Stella is an amazing mixologist!!

Was here for a wedding and the space as well as service were not bad at all. Cannot complain and timing or food, as everything was fresh and nicely plated. Drink selection was good and bartenders were both attentive, friendly and efficient. The space was elegant, if a touch dated, but the hotel as a whole is impressive and polished, and very well maintained.
